Yorkshire Moors.
The North Yorkshire Steam Railway runs below Levisham station, in which you
can enjoy a magical journey to Pickering, Goathland and Grosmont the location
of the famous 'Heartbeat'.
Levisham an ideal base for touring the area, walking
the many walks from the door, or just relaxing. Whitby, Scarborough and Filey
are some of the many coastal resorts. Stately homes - Castles Howard, Duncombe
Park and Sledmere, castles at Helmsley and Pickering, Quaint market towns with
their weekly market stalls Kirbymoorside, Malton, Pickering and Helmsley, City
of York (40 mins.) and many more family attractions only a short distance drive.
